Clerk’s Fees

RECORDING FEES:

Effective January 1, 2013, the Register of Deeds Recording Fees changed, pursuant to Neb Rev. Statute 33-109, as amended by LB 14, by the Nebraska Legislature.

Recording Fees are as follows:

  1. First page (page 1) $10.00
  2. Each additional page $6.00
  3. The previous charge of .50 per lot/partial lot/ section/partial section no longer applies.

COPY FEES:

  • Certified Copies————–(Except UCC’s)————— $1.50 per page (Sec. 33-109)
  • Copy of Federal Liens————————————– $1.00 per page (Sec. 52-1003)
  • Copy for Customer in Office——————————– $0.25
  • Copy of Section, Township, Range Index pages (8 ½ x 11”) — $0.25 per page
  • Mailed, Faxed or Emailed Copy (Local)———————– $0.50
  • Mailed, Faxed or Emailed Copy (Long Distance)————– $1.00

MARRIAGE LICENSE FEES:

  • Marriage License—————- $25.00
  • Certified Copy of License——- $9.00
